The Isokern Magnum Firechest 1200 offers the ideal solution to create your open fireplace and can be used with or without the Isokern chimney systems.

This package includes 6 x Lip glue required for assembly. 

The Magnum Firechest is lightweight and made using highly insulating pumice.  The components interlock to form a robust and sturdy fireplace recess and gather and the joints are sealed using lip glue jointing compound. Assembly of your Firechest needs to start from a suitable foundation and a constructional hearth. 

The Isokern Magnum Firechest has been designed to maximise efficiency when burning wood in an open fire.  The fire chamber has been shaped to give efficiencies from 41% to 45% depending on the model.

A flue damper is included with the Magnum 1200 firechest which can be used to control the draft in the flue and avoids excessive heat loss when the fireplace is not in use. The damper must not be used with gas fires.

The Magnum 1200 Firechest comes with the option to include the required quantity of 25mm bricks, 50mm bricks and firebrick mortar. Requires 6 bags of lip glue for assembly which are included.
