  • Delivery Information

    Made to order 14-26 weeks depending on configuration please check before ordering 

    BMF Limited act as an intermediary for your Lacanche order and all deliveries are carried out by an approved Lacanche Uk ( Fourneaux de France) delivery company. 

    Standard delivery is by a two man approved delivery Company to a ground floor location and is unpackaged for inspection.

    The delivery driver will take instructions regarding specific positioning of appliance from responsible people on site (e.g. house owner, tradesman).
    Delivery is subject to accurate completion of the Fourneaux de France delivery form which will be provided on Lacanche’s acceptance of your order. When completing the from please include all detail of any steps, corners, stairs, floor surfaces, access and turning circles or other restrictions. Failure to notify these may result in non-delivery and additional charges.

    In the event of unforeseen access problems or Health and Safety related problems, it remains at the Driver’s discretion to refuse delivery.

    Re-delivery due to provision of inaccurate or incomplete information or at the recipient’s fault will be chargeable.
    Door widths of property should be a minimum of 735 mm to allow access of your range.

    Please be sure to advise us of any hindrances or obstructions e.g., even a single step or change in level, or narrow passageways.

    Deliveries will be arranged in accordance with the approved delivery company’s scheduled dates for your area. 
    Deliveries are made on the agreed date between 8.00am to 8.00pm. You will receive a call when the delivery is on the way. 
    Old appliances will not be removed and installation is excluded. 
    Additional delivery costs may be charged for delivery to Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and UK Islands – POA.

    Please note prices shown do not include any additional lifting equipment.

    Lacanche ( Fourneaux de France ) terms and conditions apply to the delivery of a Lacanche product.

Awesome job, absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. We went to the showroom with loads of ideas about what we wanted to achieve but the product knowledge and technical know how of the team at BMF was invaluable. This wasn’t a small job, there were structural changes within and building works to the outside wall to accommodate new doors. BMF dealt with it all, working to a budget, engaging a structural engineer and project managing third-party contractors. They even tweaked the design midway through at their own cost as they found a way to fit a larger kitchen island. NICE to find a firm that values their end product over their profit margin!!

We used BMF Interiors to supply and install a wood burning stove. I dealt with Sam Freeman and she was absolutely fantastic. Really helpful and thorough; going beyond what she needed to do to help me decide what else to do with the hearth and fireplace before using BMF. She even spoke to the builders who knocked the fireplace through to guide them with a few things. The installers were great too. Plus we got free wood for emailing through the pictures of the finished fireplace – great bonus! I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Sam.
