Quooker Installation - Requirements and Terms

Selecting the installation option will be deemed acceptance of the installation terms and conditions.

  • Connections to existing services must be live and working and we must be provided with clear details of where we can isolate either the water and or the power if required when we attend.
  • Services required - 13 amp 3 pin power socket (2 x 13 amp 3 pin power socket if a CUBE is specified) waste, hot and cold water supply. These services must be within 50 cm of intended install location below worktop height and fully accessible.
  • The minimum cold water supply required for a PRO3, CUBE, Cold Water Filter and COMBI is 2 bar. If installing a COMBI+ then you will require a minimum hot water pressure of 2 bar.
  • Adequate space for the tank and any accessories required, you can find the dimensions below.
  • Additional charges will be applied if the installation doesn't comply with the above requirements, if your installation is cancelled less than 48 hours notice or missed visit charge of £120.00 + VAT. An invoice will be issued and payment due before your installation can be rebooked.

  • Product Description and Info

    This product includes a Quooker Fusion Classic Style Round in Chrome with PRO3 tank as standard or select your alternative colours and upgrades using the drop down menus.

    Features: 

    • Cold, hot and boiling water from one tap 
    • Double push and turn handle

    • Insulated spout so it's not too hot to touch
    • Polished chrome, stainless steel, patinated brass and nickel finishes

    Choose the most suitable boiling water tank:

    PRO3 - Provides 3 litres of instant boiling water.  The Quooker PRO3 tank is the standard residentail size tank and is the choice if you have a hot water feed in the kitchen and don't want to wait for the hot water to come through. 

    COMBI  Provides 7 litres of instant boiling water and 15 litres of hot water from your cold feed. Choose the Quooker COMBI tank if you do NOT have a hot water feed to your kitchen. 

    COMBI + Provides 7 litres of instant boiling water or an unlimited amount of hot water .  Choose the Quooker COMBI +  if you have a hot water feed but currently have to wait a long time for your hot water to come through. 

    Add the optional Quooker CUBE which is installed in the cabinet next to your Quooker boiling water tank.  The CUBE provide filtered chilled and sparking water meaning you don't need to buy water in plastic bottles any more.  The CUBE includes a filter to remove pesticides, impurities and bacteria from the water.

    • The Pro 3 tank requires 50cm of height space and is 15cm in diameter
    • The Combi and Combi + tanks require 53cm of height space and is 20cm in diameter
    • The Cube tank requires 50cm of height space and is 22cm in width ( including CO2 canister) and 34cm in depth 
    • Flex taps requires at least 500mm deep and 200mm wide space below the tap position under the worktop in the cupboard to allow the weight that operates the flex hose to move freely up and down.  It will not operate as intended if this is restricted.
    • A 13amp power socket, or 2 x 13 amp if a Cube are required.  If only one socket is available and a CUBE is required, a Powerswitch can be added 
    • A minimum hot or cold pressure of 2 bar is required.  Combi tanks only require a cold water supply.

    Quooker Powerswitch

    • Connects multiple appliances to a single socket 
    • Prevents the circuit from overloading
    • 3 way adaptor to connect your Quooker tap, Cube and 1 other appliance to the same socket 
    • Can not be used with the 7 litre tank 
    • The powerswitch is designed to prevent the circuit from overloading as it will detect when the third-party appliance is in use and will switch the Quooker tank to standby mode if too much power is drawn by the other appliance. This means that the other appliance will operate as normal and the Quooker system will still allow you to draw off the existing boiling water, but will not heat up any incoming water as long as the other appliance is in use.

    Supply and Installation :  

    Your tap will be delivered to your home address in 7-10 working days and your contact details will be passed to Quooker to arrange their approved engineer appointment.  Installation will usually take place within 10-14 working days from your order.
