Which view? Front-only fires suit a classic wall. Front-and-side (corner) fires wrap the flame round a corner. Tunnel fires are open front and back, so one fire serves two rooms. Three-sided fires work as room dividers or peninsulas.

Which burner? Most casings take either a manual burner or an electronic Denver or LogicWood burner. The burner sets the minimum room size, so check it before you order.

Bespoke finishes and sizes. Copper, brass and RAL colours, and made-to-measure sizes, are offered by Decoflame at a price on application. For bespoke finishes and sizes, please contact us for a quote.

Room size and ventilation. Every bio-ethanol fire has a manufacturer's minimum room size, shown on each product page where Decoflame publishes one (otherwise marked TBC). Use the fire only in a room at least that large, and keep it ventilated while the fire burns (an open trickle vent or slightly open window). Never refill a burner while it is alight or still warm, use only bio-ethanol fuel made for fireplaces, and keep the clearances in the installation manual.
