Delivery On this Item(s) Is made Via Pallet Delivery, Please ensure access is suitable for 1 driver and a pallet truck. We / The delivering company will call / contact you to arrange a suitable day, unless next day delivery is chosen. 

• Deliveries usually take place between 0800 and 1800, Monday to Friday and you will need to be present to accept your delivery or redelivery charges may be incurred.

• We do offer upgrade services for an additional charge, such as 2 man delivery - to a room of your choice, specified day, timed and Saturday deliveries.  This is not available in all areas so please call for details.

• Stoves and larger items are usually delivered on pallets and brought on large wagons. Pallets are delivered kerbside only and not brought into the property unless upgraded and paid for or agreed with stovesaver.co.uk.

• There will be one delivery driver unless you have selected the 2 personal upgrade service.
